Return requests can be accepted within 30 days after the product has been delivered. Any requests to make a return/exchange of goods will no longer be available after more than 30 days.
Customized products do not support returns, because they are customized according to different customer needs.

How to return?
Step 1

Video or photo of the faulty product

Things to look out for, mine was missing a jam nut on one of the feet. I had to remove the foot to loosen the stud so i could adjust the height so it doesn't wobble.
