We ship with detailed installation instructions to guide you through easy installation.


3. What is the material of the shelf? Do they prevent rust?

Our shelves are made of high-quality steel and have been treated with rust prevention to ensure 

that the shelves are not easy to rust in a humid environment. 

Some products are also provided with anti-corrosion coatings to extend service life.

We provide warranty service on all products. If you encounter any problems during use, please contact our customer service team in time. 

We will provide technical support and, if necessary, replacement or repair services.


6. How to clean and maintain garage shelves?

The cleaning of the shelf is very simple, just wipe it with a damp cloth. If there are stubborn stains, you can use a mild cleaner to clean them up. 

In order to extend the service life of the shelf, it is recommended to regularly check whether the screws and connectors of the shelf are loose, 

and tighten them in time.


7. How much weight can your shelves bear?

Our shelves are designed for heavy load bearing, depending on the product model. 

Please confirm your required load-bearing requirements before purchasing.


8. Can I return the product if I am not satisfied with it?

Return requests can be accepted within 30 days after the product has been delivered. 

Any requests to make a return/exchange of goods will no longer be available after more than 30 days. 

Customized products do not support returns, because they are customized according to different customer needs.

Please ensure that the product is unused and fully packaged at the time of return, 

and please enclose proof of purchase when returning the product.
